It’s full of simple to prepare, mouth-watering meal and snack options to give you a 28-day transformation. It’s focused on clean eating and incorporating making small changes that will give you big results. It will help you create healthy habits to make life-long changes so you look and feel great. It has everything you need to kick start your weight loss without depriving yourself.
Revitalize was designed for busy women! Women who don’t tend to put themselves first. You'll learn the simple eating and lifestyle changes you can make that will give you the big results you’ve been looking for. You’ll learn the tips and tricks that will set you up for success each week. You’ll discover the strategies that will help you get and stay motivated to choose healthy foods and squeeze in a little time to move your body. It’s no one-size-fits-all method. You’ll be discovering what works for you and your busy schedule.
We meet for live group coaching on Zoom. You’ll get a weekly guidebook with everything you need to know to reset your body and your mind. And you’ll receive support and accountability from me and your group mates each week. We are a community of women supporting each other.
That’s up to you! You can attend the weekly coaching calls live or you can choose to listen to the recording. You get to decide how many things you want to commit to each week. I guide you to choose the small changes that will give you big results. You get to choose how many small eating or lifestyle changes you want to try out each week.
